New GamerDNA is live

It has been a long (short) road... We started thinking about this new design in April 2009... but didn't get to really focus on it until June... three months later... here we are.

Our whole goal is to build a structure that will allow us to deliver filtered content based on your gamerDNA. This design isn't the end, it is the beginning of our focus on taking the best content (both partner and user generated) and provide systems to surface that content to the people that would care about it.

How do we know you care? By your gamerDNA of course!

As you play... as you read content on the site... as you comment on content... as you follow friends and games... add games to your profile... our ability to target you with content in your home page feed or through the spotlights widget increases. It just gets better and better.

Our next focus is continuing to streamline how you add content... how you consume content... and how effective our systems are at allowing you to discover new games based on what your friends are playing, talking about, and anticipating.
