Be careful with that! Someone I know was staring intensively at screens for so long his eyes dried out and blood vessels in his eyes burst. He wasn't allowed by the doctor to use any kind of screen for a long time so his eyes could heal.

I think for him it was probably a combination of gaming at home and doing serious things on his PC at work, so you're not safe anywhere. :p
