Level 14 now... mastered all of the jobs as street thug to level 3... I guess I keep grinding it out until I get new jobs... that is the plan. Somehow found myself in a "war" with another mafia... says that I started it but I don't see how or remember doing that. But I ended up winning because I have so many high-power mafia wars friends.
So yeah, go mafia. Such a strange game... amazing that it is as popular as it is.
